About Me
I am a dedicated and passionate dietitian with extensive experience in both adult and paediatric nutrition. I began my career supporting adult patients in gastroenterology, surgery, and critical care before moving into paediatrics, where I developed a special interest in complex nutritional needs and challenging eating behaviours.
My path into dietetics began long before my clinical training. I spent several years working in education, where I discovered how much I loved supporting children and families. While at university, I continued to work with children with disabilities, reinforcing my commitment to ensuring that young people with diverse needs feel heard and supported.
Alongside this, I’ve always had a strong interest in fitness and wellbeing. Before becoming a dietitian, I worked in the fitness industry and gained several qualifications, including personal training and Clean Sport Advisor status. I’m also a keen runner and enjoy Pilates, and I’m aiming to become a certified coach. These experiences inspired me to complete a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, enabling me to better combine academic expertise with real‑world insight to support athletes and active individuals of all ages.
I currently work as a Paediatric Dietitian within the NHS and offer private consultations for both adults and children outside of my NHS role. My services for children include support with fussy eating, non‑IgE allergy management, and assessment of highly selective diets, including those related to ASD, SPD, and ARFID. For adults, I provide guidance for IBS and the low FODMAP diet, as well as sports nutrition assessments for clients across all ages and activity levels.
Understanding the demands of modern life, I offer flexible virtual consultations, allowing clients to access support from the comfort of their homes, whether they are based in the UK or abroad.
