About Me
I’m a paediatric dietitian with a genuine passion for helping children, families, and adults feel confident and supported in their nutrition. My career began in adult gastroenterology, surgery, and critical care, but I soon found my home in paediatrics, where I developed a particular interest in complex nutritional needs and selective or challenging eating behaviours.
My journey into dietetics actually started long before my clinical training. I spent several years working in education, where I realised how much I enjoyed supporting children and their families. During university, I continued working with children with disabilities, which strengthened my commitment to making sure young people with diverse needs feel understood and well cared for.
Health, fitness, and wellbeing have always been important to me too. Before becoming a dietitian, I worked in the fitness industry and gained several qualifications, including personal training and Clean Sport Advisor status. I’m also a keen runner and enjoy Pilates. These experiences inspired me to complete a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, allowing me to blend academic knowledge with real‑life insight when supporting athletes and active individuals of all ages.
Alongside my NHS role as a Paediatric Dietitian, I offer private consultations for both children and adults. For children, I support families with fussy eating, non‑IgE allergies, and highly selective diets. For adults, I provide guidance for IBS and the low FODMAP diet. I also offer sports nutrition assessments for anyone looking to fuel training, improve performance, or simply feel their best.
I know how busy life can be, so all consultations are offered virtually. This means you can access support from the comfort of your home, wherever you are in the UK or abroad.
